Raised in Japan by English parents. I curate experiences that bring people back to themselves, grounded in cultural wisdom that shows up across every tradition. The body already knows. Japanese is where I found the most precise language for it, because I grew up inside it.
I grew up in rural Japan as the only foreign kid in the room. English parents, Japanese everything else. Two sets of cultural codes, contradicting each other every day. That taught me something most people don't get to see: the rules you follow are not universal truth. They are inherited. And they can be questioned.
Today I curate experiences, create content, and speak on what it means to come home to yourself. The wisdom I work with is not exclusively Japanese. It is human. It shows up in somatics, in neuroscience, in every culture that has ever paused long enough to listen to the body. Japanese is my anchor because it is the culture I was shaped by, and it gave me the most accurate words for what I was already feeling.
15 years as a professional interpreter between Japanese and English sits underneath all of it. It's why the nuance holds. It's the reason nothing gets lost in translation.
