Service Description

This is an interactive workshop exploring the invisible "shoulds" shaping our decisions and practical tools for reclaiming autonomy. Most of us are following rules we never consciously chose. Cultural codes absorbed from family, society, and environment run in the background, dictating how we think we're "supposed" to be. This session introduces three Japanese concepts as practical frameworks for seeing these codes clearly and choosing consciously: Ma (間) : The sacred pause. Creating space to notice what's running subconsciously. Arinomama (ありのまま) : "As you are." Self-acceptance as the foundation for change, not the reward after fixing yourself. Go-en (ご縁) : Meaningful connection. Redefining strength to include interdependence, not just independence. Participants will explore their own inherited "shoulds," and practice a simple tool for shifting from obligation to choice. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN - How to recognize the "should" narrative running subconsciously - Three Japanese concepts as tools for awareness and autonomy - The difference between cultural code (inherited rules) and cultural wisdom (universal truths) - How to sort what serves you from what exhausts you
