This policy applies to visitors of www.sachi.global, subscribers to our mailing list, customers of our digital products and courses, and participants in our online conversations, circles, and retreats.

Because of the nature of our work, you may voluntarily share personal reflections, feelings, life experiences, or other intimate details during conversations, circles, retreats, intake forms, or correspondence. Where the law requires your explicit consent to handle sensitive information, we will ask for it.

What you share in a one-on-one conversation, circle, or retreat stays confidential. We do not disclose the personal content of these sessions to third parties, except: with your consent; where a group setting means other participants are present (participants are asked to respect each other’s confidentiality); or where we are legally required to act, or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else.

If we ever wish to share a story, quote, or testimonial from our work together, we will ask for your explicit permission first, and you can decline or ask to remain anonymous.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run Sachi, and only as needed to provide our services. These may include:
